New consultants who have not yet met eligibility requirements to become a Member, but who demonstrate they are actively working toward meeting them and will do so in less than two years, may join HECA as a Provisional Member.
Opportunity to network with current members at all HECA-sponsored events both nationally and locally.

Use of the HECA logo with the designation of “Provisional Member.”
